Looking for a top Quality, compassionate Caregiver for a Male client with Advance Dementia diagnosis. The schedule is Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm. Please consider a commute to the Brentwood area when applying for this position.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities are:
· Provide companionship to client.
· Run errands.
· Assist client with personal hygiene to include stand by shower assist.
· Assist client with dressing, grooming and oral hygiene.
· Assist client with walking, including the use of walker.
· Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor or Care Coordinator.
· Documenting services delivered in accordance with FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
